These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of silvercast.co and purchases from SilverCast Creations, LLC (“SilverCast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
Eligibility and Customer Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are also responsible for protecting your password and for activity occurring through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, garment material, or manufacturing variations.
Product images may include mockups or examples. Slight differences in color, placement, size, texture, or appearance are not necessarily defects.
Products, sizes, colors, quantities, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized or customized products are created according to the information and selections submitted with the order.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, artwork, and other personalization details before submitting an order. We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved information or artwork.
Personalized or customized items cannot be canceled once production has begun and are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, or different from the approved order specifications.
Customer-Supplied Artwork and Materials
When you provide artwork, logos, photographs, wording, trademarks, or other materials, you represent that you own them or have permission to use and reproduce them for the requested order.
We may refuse content or an order that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
You are responsible for claims resulting from materials you submit without proper authorization. This does not apply to artwork or materials supplied by SilverCast.
Prices, Taxes, and Corrections
Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
We may correct pricing, product-description, inventory, or typographical errors. If an error affects an order you already placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order. You may approve the correction or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
Promotional prices and discounts are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing errors, unauthorized artwork, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Payments
You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Payment information is processed through third-party payment providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies.
An order may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be authorized or verified.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
We will ship orders within the timeframe stated at purchase. If no timeframe is stated, we will ship within the period required by applicable law. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by law.
Delivery times after shipment may be affected by carriers, weather, address errors, or events beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, or if a package arrives damaged.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separately posted Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Please review that policy before purchasing, particularly when ordering personalized or customized, clearance, gift-card, or downloadable products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
Gift Cards and Downloadable Products
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable unless we can verify the original purchase and remaining balance.
Downloadable products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal or expressly authorized use. They may not be copied, resold, distributed, shared, or used commercially unless the product description or a separate written license permits that use.
Intellectual Property
The SilverCast name, logos, path designs, North Star artwork, Journey names, slogans, graphics, photographs, written content, product designs, and website materials owned by SilverCast are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use SilverCast materials without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property displayed on or associated with that product.
Reviews, Comments, and Other Submissions
If you submit a review, comment, photograph, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant SilverCast a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to display and use that submission in connection with our website, products, customer service, and business promotion. We will not use a customer’s private order information publicly without permission.
We may remove submissions that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, irrelevant, infringing, or contain private information.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website to:
- Violate any law or another person’s rights
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Introduce malware or interfere with website operation
- Scrape, copy, or exploit website content without permission
- Place fraudulent orders or misuse promotions
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, social platforms, and other websites.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

Disclaimers
Products and services are provided as described on the website and subject to applicable law.
Except for warranties expressly stated by SilverCast and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilverCast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or a purchase.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable to you remain unaffected.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver
A delay or failure by SilverCast to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
